Taylor Ann Robin

On Friday Jason and I went in for my anatomy ultrasound. This is when they take important measurements of the baby. Finding out the sex of the baby is an added bonus.

This ultrasound was so different than it was with John. Both were taken at about the same time, 20 weeks. However, Taylor was much more active. It took the ultrasound technician a little longer to get her measurements because the baby was moving so much.

Jason and I absolutely loved our technician. She made the ultrasound so fun and informative. Everything about Taylor looked great. She was measuring right on target and weighs about 13oz. At the very end of our ultrasound the technician asked us if we wanted to know if we were having a boy or a girl, we both said yes. The technician found the needed angle to determine the baby's sex and typed on the screen, "No Doubt its a ...GIRL!"

Jason and I were so happy with the news. John is going to be a big brother to his little sister. It is a perfect balance of one boy and one girl. As you can tell from the title of this post her name is Taylor Ann Robin. Below are a couple of photos of her, the screen shots are much better than the print outs, but you get the idea.

The technician typed out, "Hi Mommy, Daddy, and John".
This is a side view of Taylor's face, she is looking up.

This is one of Taylor's feet. At one point she was sitting with her knees to her chest and her feet crossed at her ankles.
